Pour the required concrete footing size for the gate counterbalance.
Recommended footing size is a minimum of one-third of the opening width.
Step 2
Mark a straight line on the footing and install the carriage wheels using anchor bolts or ready rods with concrete epoxy.
Step 3
Install the gate on the carriage wheels and make sure the gate is leveled. Adjust the carriage wheels if needed.
Step 4
Check that the gate is vertically leveled with respect to the gate post and install the guide roller bracket.
Step 5
Slide the gate and make sure it’s perfectly smooth when opening/closing. Install stopper bolts on both of the track’s ends to prevent the gate from sliding out of the carriage wheels.
Step 6
Install the gate operator and the gear drive rack.
